We like to try to keep things personal with our customer base, which is very important to us here at SHINOBI GLASS, so we do not have a virtual "shopping cart" but rather use email for all transactions so we can "talk" with you, to ensure your satisfaction and get you what you want. So with that being said, if you see something you would like to purchase, please follow this set of instructions:
1. All customers are required to have a CID # for purchases. You may request a CID# by emailing us a photocopy of a valid ID to verify your age & address along with a current phone number. This must be done before your first order with us is shipped - EVEN IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM US IN THE PAST! No exceptions! Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but this policy is necessary for liability purposes. This will also make it much easier and faster to process any future orders or correspondence as well.
1. Click on the link provided below to contact us or send an email to shinobiglass@gmail.com with your CID# in the subject line, then the item number or brief description of the particular piece you would like to reserve in your e-mail as well as your intended method of payment.
2. You will quickly receive a confirmation email from us if the item is still available, requesting either your credit card number, expiration date, and CVC#(from the back of the card), or the PayPal email address to transfer payment to (please transfer using "Purchases" then "Goods"!), along with a total for your order, which will also include the additional 9.25% CA state sales tax APPLICABLE TO CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS ONLY. Your payment will be required at that time in order to secure the desired item.
Following the completion of these directives, and approval of your payment, your item(s) will be subsequently packaged & shipped to you ASAP! We will not ship to Pennsylvania or Iowa. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Payment by credit card or PayPal is preferred (Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx - NO Discover, sorry). If paying by mail, please have a U.S. Postal Service money order to us within 3 business days. No personal checks please. If special circumstances arise, please notify us by email and we will do our best to work with you if possible.
All your personal information will be kept completely private and confidential. All shipments will be marked with return addressee as "S.G."

Where are you located?
-We are in Walnut Creek, CA. We do not have a retail space at this time you can visit unfortunately, as we are an online retail gallery only, but if you are "local," we may be able to discuss other possibilities.

How long will it take to receive my order?
-All orders will be shipped the same day payment is received if possible; the following day if not. We strive for speed in getting our products into the hands of our customers, but we do ask for your patience & understanding as this is a very small operation and occasionally unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will make every effort though to ensure you receive your package in the most timely manner possible. You may also request a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What are my shipping options?
-We currently do not offer any expedited shipping options to our customers. In some cases, if you discuss with us beforehand, we may make exceptions. All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with a DC# (or FedEx Ground for larger, bulky items). Shipping by FedEx should take no longer than a business week maximum to the East Coast and obviously less the closer you are, and 2-3 business days for USPS service.
What about international orders?
-No, we do not ship outside of the U.S. unfortunately.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
-We must ship to the address provided by your payment provider unless we have already discussed this with you and approved it. If you give us a shipping address other than your billing address, or if your billing address does not pass verification with the bank, we will be unable to ship your order until this is remedied and a verified address can be established or confirmed. If you recently moved and have not updated your billing address with your credit card provider, please do so before placing your order so as to eliminate any delay. Also please make sure the name of the buyer and whom the package is to be shipped to are the same in order to meet our shipping policies please.
What are your hours?
-10AM-6PM PST Monday through Friday. During these hours you should receive a fast response unless we are extremely busy. At other hours we will get back to as soon as possible or between the above hours.
Do you do custom orders?
-No, unfortunately not at this time.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
-Contact us immediately and we will try to help as best we can to fix it.
What about refunds or exchanges?
-Only in the event of damaged or incorrect goods, and they must be returned completely, and in otherwise new condition, within 5 days of receipt of your order. We do however strive for customer satisfaction and will work as best as we can with you to resolve any problems that may arise. But you may not exchange a product because it does not work with your equipment, or that it is not what you thought it was, so please make sure you read the detailed specifications before finalizing your order, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
